PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment is due strictly on arrival, or prior to arrival. We will not admit your pet for boarding without payment - cash or cheque. Sorry we do NOT have card facilities

Charges apply to days of arrival and departure, with a minimum 3 day charge. Out of hours collection is subject to a fee of £15 per pet.

Where damage occurs which is above and beyond normal wear and tear, caused by pets or owners, a fee may be charged. An extra cleaning fee will be charged for pets who habitually have bad toilet habits. Please let us know if your cat needs extra trays to address this, we do not wish to set them up to fail and we do try our hardest to accommodate their little quirks. Also if your cat is not used to a tray with a lid for example, it is useful for us to know.

 

Pets will not be booked out of the cattery until full payment has been made for any extra days incurred, treatments or charges for cleaning/damage etc. Daily fees will continue to accrue until full payment is forthcoming.

 

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION FEES

When a booking is made , whether in person, email, social media etc. you will be asked for  a reservation deposit. This has become necessary due to so many time wasters. Your booking is not confirmed  until  a  reservation deposit  has been paid,   and as  this  constitutes  reservation /admin  fee  it  is  non- refundable in the event of cancellation.

In the event of cancellation with less than 7 days notice you will be invoiced for 50% of the booking period. Less than 3 days notice will incur the full cost of your booking.
