PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment is due strictly on arrival, or prior to arrival. We will not admit your pet for boarding without payment - cash or cheque. Sorry we do NOT have card facilities

Charges apply to days of arrival and departure, with a minimum 3 day charge. Charges are made for days booked. For security and privacy of our boarders we adhere to our opening/closing times with no exceptions, so please allow adequate travel time for your journey.

We open by appointment blocks, so please adhere to hours you have stated. If we are not expecting anyone we reserve the right to remain closed.

Where damage occurs which is above and beyond normal wear and tear, caused by pets or owners, a fee may be charged. An extra cleaning fee will be charged for pets who habitually have bad toilet habits. Please let us know if your cat needs extra trays to address this, we do not wish to set them up to fail and we do try our hardest to accommodate their little quirks. Also if your cat is not used to a tray with a lid for example, it is useful for us to know.

 

Pets will not be booked out of the cattery until full payment has been made for any extra days incurred, treatments or charges for cleaning/damage etc. Daily fees will continue to accrue until full payment is forthcoming.

 

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION FEES

When a booking is made , whether in person, email, social media etc. you will be asked for  a booking fee to reserve your space. This has become necessary due to so many time wasters. Your booking is not confirmed  until  a  booking fee  has been paid, this is deducted from your total due on arrival.  As  this  constitutes a  reservation /admin  fee  it  is  non- refundable in the event of cancellation.

In the event of cancellation with less than 7 days notice you will be invoiced for 50% of the booking period. Less than 3 days notice will incur the full cost of your booking.

We always do our best to advertise any price increases a minimum of three months in advance. However as with all businesses prices are subject to change. You are welcome to call us and ask for the amount due for stays, a few days before arrival.

Christmas bookings are payable in full by 25th November. In the event of cancellation we do not refund unless we are able to re book the spot elsewhere. In the event  of a refund there will be a service charge deducted from the total amount.
